Limited Availability for Responsible and Appreciative Guests
Hi, my name is Kelly and I've always loved hosting my friends or letting them stay here when I was away. So much so that they nicknamed it Hotel Kellifornia. Our adorable home is in a lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood that is walking distance to Capitola beach, village, restaurants and shops. It is also walking distance to the delicious Gayle's Bakery, along with Nob Hill grocery store, CVS, Pete's coffee, Village Host pizza, the Donut Station and more. The driveway has enough space for 2 vehicles and there is plenty of street parking.
We are renting out the downstairs of the house. Downstairs includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, cute little backyard with a hot tub (cleaned twice a month), W/D in garage, Peloton in garage along with some free weights. Your bedroom has a Cal King Bed and a chair that has a pull out Twin bed. There is also a pull out Queen bed in the living room couch. Please note that the house does have 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs that will remain locked and inaccessible to guests.
